I have lectured and written on nutrition and health topics for over 25 years. Currently I am most focused on longevity, women’s health, sports nutrition, cancer, auto-immune disorders, food allergies, insomnia, consumer health and anything I think worthy of writing about! And most importantly- having fun and a sense of purpose along the way!
All of my years of research and clinical practice with personal anecdotes will be shared right here on the “Nutrition Network” site. |
